Office of the City Secretary
The Office of the City Secretary provides information to the public.  The position is appointed by City Manager.  You may contact the City Secretary Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at City Hall located at 200 West 2nd Street.
Information Requests
Information Requests can be made in writing to the City Secretary.

The City Secretary keeps a copy of all agendas and minutes. You may request a copy from the City Secretary or view online.

City Elections
The City Secretary oversees the city elections in a partnership with the Brazoria County Election Department.  To find out information regarding our upcoming election go to our Elections Page.
