REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS
PRIMARY DEPOSITORY BANK SERVICES

The City of Freeport, Texas is soliciting sealed applications from eligible and qualified financial institutions with a physical location within 15 miles of City Hall (200 West 2nd Street, Freeport, Texas 77541) to provide primary Depository Bank Services.  Sealed applications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the City of Freeport, Attention: City Secretary, 200 West 2nd Street, Freeport, Texas 77541 with applications to be opened at 2:00 p.m. on this date at this location. 

All prospective applicants are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory pre-application conference in the City of Freeport City Hall, Second Floor Conference Room, 200 West 2nd Street, Freeport, Texas 77541 at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019.  The RFA may be downloaded below.  Questions regarding the RFA should be directed in writing via email to Stephanie Russell, Finance Director at srussell@freeport.tx.us .  The award of the Depository Bank Services contract is scheduled for consideration by the City Council of Freeport at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2019, at the City of Freeport Police Department, Council Chambers, 430 North Brazosport Boulevard, Freeport, Texas 77541
